Look forward to a proper cottage food: Knoedels, Kaiserschmarrn, Meisl´s Pasta Pan, soups, the Marende with homemade Speck, Kaminwurzen, and alpine pasture cheese of the Matsch Valley farmers. The needs of the “sweeties” amongst you will be satisfied with cottage made Apfelstrudel and various cakes. To complete your tasty experience, most of the vegetables served are grown on our own fields and gardens – just enjoy!
